Residential Project Portfolio We Listen, We Understand and THEN, We Design
Ever since the Practice was founded by Maurice Phillips in 1971 we have been involved in building new homes throughout the UK but principally in the areas of Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire such as Amersham, Chesham and High Wycombe.
Clients range from some of the larger nationally known housing developers to some small scale local firms developing sites of only 2 or 3 homes. We have also worked extensively for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Charitable organisations to provide housing in the Public Sector. Last, but by no means least, we have worked with many private clients to help them realise their dreams of building their own homes.
New House Design In Buckinghamshire Our aim has always been to try and achieve practical, sustainable and elegant answers to the challenge of creating a new home. Whilst we hope to provide you with exciting ideas and offer alternative solutions to difficult problems, we never forget that it is your home and we will always prioritise your preferences over our own.

Francis Avenue This project consisted of 4 bungalows designed for the elderly. It was being built on a disused garage site near a residential neighbourhood and was designed by us in great detail.
Pine Grove the two houses designs were sold from our drawing board for the housing developer in Hertfordshire. This was voted ‘The Best Homes’ in Daily Mail Home Builder Design Awards 2004.
Berkeley House The two houses were 5 bedroomed and were designed as part of a scheme for the Berkeley House in Amersham. Other similar projects were then carried out in towns around the M25.
